What you will be doing:
- Leading a group: planning work, organizing labor processes, controlling quality and deadlines;
- Coordinating research on assessing passenger preferences, satisfaction, and loyalty, as well as internal and external monitoring;
- Organizing analytical research, preparing summary reports and accounts;
- Managing procurement procedures, including control of documentary support, compliance with tender legislation, and development of technical specifications for tender procedures;
- Maintaining business communications with service providers and contractors;
- Ensuring the planning of the group's annual budget, controlling the execution of the estimate;
- Preparing regular management reports on the group's performance.
Our expectations:
- Higher education (economics, law, humanities);
- Experience in managing a team of employees (setting tasks, controlling deadlines and quality of work, participating in hiring, etc.) from 1 year;
- Confident command of office software packages (word processors, spreadsheets, presentation tools) at an advanced user level;
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research;
- Skills in business correspondence, preparing presentations, developing instructions and regulations;
- Working with big data, analytics, knowledge of product management and metrics (NPS, CSI, CSAT).
