TrafficStars is an international AdTech company with over 10 years of history. We work with thousands of advertisers and publishers worldwide and continue to actively develop the Publisher Management direction.

We are currently looking for a Publishing Team Lead — a person with experience working with publishers and managing a team, who will help develop one of the directions of the Publishing Department, build processes, and scale the business.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of Publisher Managers: set goals, develop employees, and improve work efficiency; • Interact with Product and Tech teams, relay feedback from clients and the market; • Seek new opportunities for business growth and partnership development; • Monitor team KPIs, onboarding metrics, and client portfolio development; • Attract new publishers and support them at all stages of cooperation; • Develop relationships with existing partners, increase their revenue and placement effectiveness; • Participate in international conferences and industry events.

What we expect:

• Experience in AdTech (Publisher Management, Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development); • Team management experience; • Strong negotiation and partnership development skills; • Ability to work with KPIs, analytics, and identify growth points; • English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
