President-Chairman of the Board at a Bank

A state-owned bank is looking for a President-Chairman of the Board.

The bank holds a stable niche in corporate services with a focus on international settlements. The strategic priority is to scale the settlement and transaction business with Asian partners. This area is dynamic, with real commercial potential.

This position is for a candidate interested in substantive work, not just a capital city status. Regional professionals with strong operational competencies are prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Full operational management of the bank
• Development of the international settlement direction
• Building a team and KPI system
• Interaction with shareholders and regional authorities
• Bringing the bank to stable profitability

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in operational management as Chairman of the Board or Deputy Chairman in a regional bank
• Impeccable reputation, banks without regulatory issues
• Understanding of international settlements and corporate business
• Willingness to relocate to the region
• Compliance with the requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

Conditions:

• Total package — up to 500,000 RUB/month (gross): base salary + 13th salary + KPI
• In the medium term: a bonus system tied to the bank's financial performance (with the opportunity to participate in its formation)
