We invite a Full-stack Analyst to join our team for a project related to the development and modernization of the Automated Information System for Budget Process Management of the city of Moscow (AIS UB P). The system is designed to automate the activities of Moscow's financial authorities and operates on a city-wide scale. It has over 10 integrations with other systems, including federal ones.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with the functional customer (government institutions), specifically: collecting requirements for software development, analyzing, clarifying, and formalizing customer requirements
- Modeling processes (BPMN)
- Developing and compiling technical specifications (TS/CTS)
- Developing the basic architecture of solutions and elaborating on it with the development team
- Analyzing business requirements, developing technical solutions, and integration interactions
- Creating objects and configuring document processing models on BFT's proprietary development platform
- Developing user manuals (PMI), conducting user acceptance testing (PSI), and training the customer
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date project documentation
- Maintaining project knowledge bases in Confluence.
We expect from you:
- Ability to understand the principles of complex information system organization, understanding of the IT product development process
- Knowledge of architectural approaches, specifics of building distributed systems, microservice architecture
- Knowledge of various system integration methods, understanding of REST API design principles
- Ability to create and work with xsd schemas
- Experience with various DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL), solid SQL knowledge, data model design
- Experience in business process modeling using Camunda tools
- Solid skills in developing technical documentation (BRD, SRS) and working with Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira).
It will be a plus:
- Experience applying various business and system analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of OOP, scripting skills in JavaScript, Kotlin
- Experience working with information systems for automating budget processes (budget planning, budget execution, reporting)
- Knowledge of the main types of technical documents, as well as requirements for their structure and content (GOST R 59795—2021, GOST R 59792—2021, GOSTs of series 19 and 34)
- Experience working with government customers or on their behalf.
