What tasks await you

Development and defense of product development strategy You will be responsible for forming the financial model, placing orders, and defending resources. You will also need to align goals with segment leaders and be responsible for the team achieving key metrics. You will make decisions on which direction to develop the product.

Identifying user pain points and needs You will be responsible for researching user pain points and needs, searching for new growth points, forming, and defending investment cases.

Optimizing processes in the product You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing processes with related teams, such as marketing, support, and sales. You will also need to analyze and evaluate cross-product agreements and priorities.

We expect that you

• Have at least five years of experience in a product role
• Master Discovery and Delivery methodologies in products, work with product analytics
• Have worked with Scrum or other Agile frameworks, participated in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, or have conducted them yourself
• Are able to build interaction processes with both external and product teams
