Aeroflot is looking for an Aeroflot ID Product Manager.
Development of a unified digital platform for identification, authorization, and a single profile for all Aeroflot clients: business clients, business-to-business, and partners. Aeroflot ID is a strategic service that will connect all personal accounts, mobile applications, and partner services.
Key Task:
- Create and develop the Aeroflot ID platform as a single entry point for all clients (individuals and legal entities, loyalty program members, agents, partners), ensure seamless authorization across all channels, centralized profile and consent management.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and maintain the Aeroflot ID product roadmap in line with the company's digital transformation strategy.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: from analyzing client and business needs to setting tasks, accepting, and evaluating results.
- Maintain the backlog, prioritize tasks, balancing platform development, integrations, and stability.
- Formulate functional requirements: authorization, profile management, unified modular structure of personal accounts, routing pages for business roles.
- Interact with development, design, analytics, information security, and operations teams, as well as with related departments — personal account owners.
- Manage integrations with external services (Banks, Gosuslugi, partners) and internal systems.
- Control the stability, performance, and fault tolerance of the platform, work with incidents and escalations.
- Analyze metrics for authorizations, registrations, login conversions, successful payments, linked devices; conduct A/B tests and identify friction points.
- Develop the modular structure of the personal account, work with personalization and advertising banners based on segments.
- Ensure compliance with information security requirements and Federal Law 152-FZ, participate in updating threat models.
Goals:
- Achieve growth in the share of clients using Aeroflot ID in every interaction.
- Reduce the number of manual processing, authorization time, and login losses.
- Ensure seamless transitions between personal accounts (business-to-business, business client) without re-authorization.
Why the role is important:
- Aeroflot ID is the "heart" of the digital ecosystem; the convenience of millions of passengers and partners depends on it.
- You will influence authorization architecture and standards across the entire company.
- The result directly impacts customer loyalty, the speed of new feature development, and operational cost reduction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Have higher education.
- Have worked from the business side and understand how a digital product impacts profit and customer experience.
- You resonate with the approach: "do what yields results – quickly, transparently, and meaningfully."
- Have at least 3 years of product experience.
- Have experience with platform or infrastructure products (unified account, authorization, profile) – this is a plus.
- Understand how authorization works in web and mobile applications (login by phone/code, two-factor authentication, trusted devices).
- Have experience with integrations: internal systems (CRM, billing) or external services (social networks, government services) – a general understanding of how to exchange data and not break the process is important.
- Able to work with data: read funnels, analyze login conversion, justify hypotheses with numbers.
- Have experience in managing a backlog and roadmap, able to prioritize tasks.
- Ready to delve into technical nuances at a level where you "understand what developers are talking about, can clarify, and are not afraid of questions about microservices."
- Understand the importance of information security and personal data handling (152-FZ) – at a level of "knowing that consents, logging, and access moderation exist."
Will be a plus:
- Experience with large business-client platforms (millions of users).
- Familiarity with authentication protocols.
- Experience migrating from legacy systems to a new platform.
Conditions:
- Discounted air tickets for employees and their family members (50% to 90% discount).

- Voluntary medical insurance program (VMI with dentistry).
- Health resort treatment.
- Children's recreation and compensation for preschool education costs.
- Corporate sports programs.
- Corporate mobile operator tariffs.
- Non-state pension provision.
