The real estate service DomClick is looking for a Head of Product Design.
They are seeking a leader who will work with a team of designers across various domains. The team consists of 7-10 employees at the middle+/senior/senior+ level. You will become part of a strong team of design leads, developing not only subordinates but also products and the entire DomClick service. Your role will be more than just an executor of tasks; you will be an expert for the business, influencing metrics and revenue.
What you will do:
- Manage a team of 7-10 designers, handling motivation, development, retention, and hiring.
- Work on the company's design vision.
- Ensure the quality review of interfaces developed within the domain.
- Maintain existing processes and create new ones.
- Work hands-on as a designer on new strategic streams.
- Align and develop the long-term design vision for products in your domain.
- Participate in aligning complex cross-team product developments with other design leads.
- Work with reporting (goals, statuses).
What we expect from a successful candidate:
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people and resolving complex employee cases.
- A portfolio with implemented projects and willingness to work hands-on when necessary.
- Skills in good, modern UI, and high-quality, thoughtful, justified UX.
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements for developed products, generate hypotheses, and test them with users.

- Experience in creating animation and AI generation.
