1. Partner Relations and AI Intern

We invite students and graduates to complete an educational practicum in business development, client communication, and AI.

This practicum is for those who are simultaneously interested in people, business tasks, and modern AI tools. You will see how the team works with major partners, learn to prepare for meetings, conduct research, and create initial versions of client materials using GPT or Claude.

The practicum is part of the "Non-Master's" program. In 6 months, it will help you master basic skills and prepare for a junior specialist role.

Even if you have no prior experience in partner relations, you will complete training assignments using real business cases under the guidance of experienced mentors.

The company doesn't just let you "try it out" – it supports each participant, provides regular feedback, and helps you see your progress. If you perform exceptionally well and there's a suitable open role on the team, we would be happy to consider you for further collaboration.

What you will learn:

• Use GPT and Claude to prepare emails, presentations, and proposals
• Create prompts and AI templates to automate tasks
• Search for potential partners, contacts, and reasons for collaboration
• Prepare managers for meetings with large companies
• Analyze meetings and prepare follow-ups
• Maintain communication with partners and manage agreements

You are a great fit if you:

• Regularly use GPT or Claude in your studies, work, or personal projects
• Can refine prompts and verify AI responses
• Write grammatically correct and structured text
• Are ready to initiate contact – via email and phone
• Can quickly find and verify information
• Keep your commitments and handle feedback calmly

Will be an advantage:

• Experience working with partners in a student community, club, or project
• Participation in case championships, hackathons, or project teams

2. Event Manager Intern

We invite students and graduates to complete an educational practicum in event management.

This practicum is for those who want to understand how experiences are created through events, how communication is built, and how people's attitudes towards projects and brands are formed.

The practicum is part of the "Non-Master's" program. In 6 months, it will help you master basic skills and prepare for a junior specialist role.

Even if you have no prior experience in event management, you will complete training assignments using real business cases under the guidance of experienced mentors.

The company doesn't just let you "try it out" – it supports each participant. If you perform exceptionally well, you will have a chance to join the Changellenge team; following the last intake, 10 interns have already stayed with the company.

Here's what you will learn:

Project Preparation:

• Creating an event concept and format tailored to project and client needs, including designing venue branding and participating in brainstorming sessions
• Developing an event timeline and assigning responsibilities among team members
• Preparing project documents – implementation schedule, checklist, technical script, host script, technical brief, budget calculation
• Working with equipment and technical services

Event Execution:

• Coordinating organizers within event zones
• Ensuring all necessary materials are present at the venue
• Resolving crisis situations during the event

Project Closure:

• Analyzing the executed event, developing, and implementing improvements
• Gathering feedback from the team

Skills that will be useful at the start:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite at a basic level
• Possess organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of communication skills and readiness to work in a team
• Ready for intensive learning and completing tasks under tight deadlines
• Active life stance and interest in event management

Will be a plus:

• Experience in organizing events (e.g., student festivals, volunteering at events, school or university projects)
