Business Analyst for SMB Team

We are the team of the Business Development Technology cluster, responsible for the AI functionality direction. Our task is to build a multi-agent system that supports future entrepreneurs from idea to full business registration. Your task is to keep the team focused on what is important to the client. You translate entrepreneurs' pain points into concrete requirements for developers and Data Scientists, and the results of their work into measurable business benefits. Together, we are changing established processes and developing fundamentally new products and solutions.

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable talking to an entrepreneur and discussing the architecture of an ML pipeline. It is important for you not just to gather requirements, but to understand why they are what they are — and to offer better ones.

Responsibilities

• define and formulate business goals and requirements for AI assistants for entrepreneurs
• analyze the market and competitors, follow trends in AI and services for small businesses
• interact with clients and contractors — collect feedback, identify pain points in the process of starting a business
• work with product metrics: build hypotheses, test them, find growth points
• form tasks for developers, Data Scientists, and labelers — clearly, structurally, with a understandable result
• participate in the formation of prompts and hypotheses for the LLM components of the assistants
• coordinate work with data labelers — assign tasks, control quality.

Requirements

• at least 1 year of experience as a business analyst
• understanding of AI solutions principles — especially in the areas of LLM and Computer Vision
• experience in a product development team
• analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
• proactive attitude, drive, and comfort in conditions of uncertainty

Would be a plus:

• experience working with ML teams or in fintech
• familiarity with data labeling tools
• experience in writing prompts for LLM (prompt engineering)
• understanding of AI model quality metrics.
