Tutu.ru, an online ticket sales service, is looking for an SMM Team Lead to help make Tutu.ru's social media a prominent part of the cultural agenda.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a brand SMM strategy that works not only for reach but also for influence, brand awareness, and sales.
- Build vibrant social media communities that people want to read, discuss, and share.
- Form a strong team: search for specialists, develop them, and build an effective ecosystem around yourself.
- Manage the internal team and contractors, understanding who is best suited for a specific task.
- Work with a database of reliable contractors: creatives, production teams, designers, video editors, meme creators, influencers, and other specialists.
- Find unconventional opportunities for organic growth: free publications, viral news hooks, partnerships, and media reach.
- Monitor internet culture, trends, new formats, and memes. Most importantly, understand what suits the Tutu brand and what does not.
- Feel the line between a bold idea and reputational risk.
- Help the team hands-on when needed: come up with ideas, write posts, assemble concepts, or refine creative work.
- Collaborate with PR, marketing, creative, design, and production teams to ensure social media is an integral part of the overall communication strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4–6 years of experience in SMM.
- 1–2 years of experience managing a team.
- Developed SMM strategies for brands with multiple communication channels.
- Ability to think strategically and build systems, not just firefight.
- Launched strong SMM projects that you are proud of.
- Ability to assemble teams, inspire people, and help them grow.
- Works with trusted contractors and understands how to achieve strong results without unnecessary expenses.
- Quickly notices trends, enjoys situational content, seeks new formats, creators, and unconventional approaches.
- Understands how brands, media, and communities work, and can connect them into a single system.
Will be a plus:
- Projects that were covered by media without paid placement.
- Experience building an editorial team or brand media.
- Experience launching viral campaigns and cultural news hooks.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or partner special projects.
About the Team and Work Processes:
- The current in-house team includes an editor, and freelance copywriter and video editor.
- There will be a lot of interaction within the marketing department: with design, PR, performance, CRM teams, and other areas.
- It is important that SMM does not operate separately from other communications but reinforces the brand, product launches, PR events, and marketing campaigns.
Work Schedule:
- 5/2 work schedule.
- You can choose a convenient format: a permanent office space or a hybrid schedule.
