ABOUT US: ArtSolution24 is an IT company, a platinum partner of Bitrix24.

TASKS: • Implement CRM strategies to warm up and re-engage the client base for repeat, additional, and cross-sales. • Develop and create messages for segmented client groups based on marketing chains and CJM. • Plan and implement communication events. • Build and regularly maintain communication across various channels at touchpoints (messenger and email marketing, social media communication, forums, digital and non-digital channels). • Carry out activities to stimulate repeat and cross-sales, and increase customer loyalty. • Create materials for auto-funnels. • Form and communicate with a user community.

REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience and insight in CRM marketing; knowledge of Bitrix24 will be a plus. • Experience in B2B segment promotion (preferably in IT). • Experience in promotion across various communication channels (not just email). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Skill in working with meaning, experience in creating selling and native texts. • Ability to work in a team. • Skill in setting and achieving goals.
