🌍 The business has been developing since 2009 with the support of an international holding and is already implementing ambitious projects for the largest players in oil and gas, energy, and mining. This is an opportunity to join a company that is looking not only at Kazakhstan but also at Central Asia and the international market.
⚡ Our portfolio includes: Gas Turbine Units (GTU), Gas Piston Units (GPU), power centers, distributed generation, EPC, and service contracts. ⚙️ The company is already engaged in R&D of its own solution, and in the next 1-2 years, it plans to launch production.
🎯 The role's objective: to scale sales in Kazakhstan, develop new markets, primarily Uzbekistan, strengthen relationships with key clients, and influence the commercial strategy of the business.
👤 We are looking for professionals with experience in the energy / industrial B2B sector, strong negotiation skills, a technical background, and real business growth case studies.
⭐ Fluency in Kazakh will be a plus.
