What tasks will you be working on:**
- Development of architectural concepts
- Creation of a full package of drawings for stages P (design) and RD (working documentation) based on approved concepts
- Development of layout solutions based on the technical specification
- Development of a design project for commercial equipment
- Selection of modern finishing materials and equipment
- Development of specifications for contracting organizations (subcontractors, related parties, suppliers) and coordination of their work
- Coordination of architectural and engineering (structural) drawings, interaction with designers
- Prompt communication with the client
- Independent project management
- Working with suppliers
- Performing author's supervision at all stages of project implementation
- Quality control of architectural solutions, compliance with design documentation and deadlines
- Formation and maintenance of project document flow in accordance with internal regulations
Who we are looking for:
- A specialist with a completed higher education in construction or architecture
- A candidate with at least 5 years of experience, proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe, MS Office, and AI tools
- An employee with experience in design and author's supervision in the retail sector and commercial interior design
- A person knowledgeable in standards and rules for оформление (design/preparation) of design and working documentation, and familiar with regulatory documentation
- A professional who can think creatively and make independent decisions, work in a team, plan tasks, and set priorities
