What you will be doing:
- Full product development cycle: from conceptual and detailed design solutions to the final finished model, considering customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Collection and analysis of initial data at the start of the project, forming a list of critical questions for competent design.
- Creation and supervision of briefs for research teams, conducting analytical research and analysis of market analogues to identify unique competitive advantages of the product.
- Development of prototypes of any complexity, creation of concepts, conducting CJM sessions and brainstorming.
- Presentation and defense of projects to clients, prompt making adjustments based on received feedback.
- Active participation in cross-functional teams for seamless integration of design at all stages of the production cycle.
- Working with materials (CMF): selection of textures and colors, acceptance of test samples, site visits to production facilities for quality control with subsequent preparation of detailed reports.
- 3D modeling in CAD systems (products of various complexity), photorealistic visualization, creation of animated videos and application of AI tools for fast rendering.
- Creation of products in the areas of: FMCG / Consumer Goods, Packaging, Toys & Children’s Products, Home & Furniture, Sports & Outdoor, Fashion.
What we expect from you:
- Knowledge of CAD systems and 3D modeling tools (Rhino, Fusion).
- Knowledge of graphic software (Adobe, Figma).
- Knowledge of rendering software (KeyShot, Blender).
- Knowledge of sketching and drawing software (Photoshop, Procreate).
- Ability to create quick visualizations in AI (Midjourney, NanoBanana).
- Experience in creating CMF.
- Experience in working with and creating products in the areas of: FMCG / Consumer Goods, Packaging, Toys & Children’s Products, Home & Furniture, Sports & Outdoor, Fashion.
- Proficiency in manual prototyping skills.
- Understanding of production processes.
- Task management and self-organization (Jira).
- Ability to work with received research and data, integrate them into work.
- Understanding of brand and its identity.
- High level of business communication and presentation skills.
- Iterative approach: readiness to improve design based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Knowledge of Grasshopper will be a plus.
- Experience in creating toys and characters will be a big plus.
