We are currently looking for an experienced data-oriented performance specialist who understands the specifics of desktop and mobile traffic acquisition, knows how to work with ad accounts, networks, and data, and makes decisions not only based on ad account metrics but also on cohort quality.
What you will do:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for assigned sources;
- Achieve goals for the volume, quality, and cost of new traffic;
- Analyze traffic efficiency based on marketing and product metrics;
- Search for and test new hypotheses regarding audiences, creatives, combinations, and sources;
- Work with CPA networks and evaluate the quality of network traffic;
- Set tasks for creatives to attract new users;
- Participate in A/B tests and interpret their results;
- Prepare conclusions and recommendations based on data;
- Interact with the analytics, product, and creative teams.
We expect:
- Experience in traffic purchasing in desktop and/or mobile performance.
- Understanding of the specifics of sources such as Yandex, VK, CPA networks, and for mobile, also Mintegral, Unity, Bigo, Huawei.
- Practical experience working with network traffic.
- Understanding of key metrics: CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, retention, ROAS, payback, LTV.
- Basic understanding of mathematical statistics: confidence intervals, data interpretation, A/B test evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to write a simple SQL query and process a non-complex dataset in Python if necessary.
- Data-oriented approach and the ability to make decisions based on data, including using LLM as a working tool.
