System / Business Analyst

🔥 **System / Business Analyst | B2C EdTech Employment Type: full-time Company: EdTech Product (School Segment, RF) Salary: negotiable Location: remote **We are looking for a System/Business Analyst for a rapidly growing EdTech product to help the team move fast and make informed decisions through accurate requirements, process understanding, and quality communication with the teams. Expectations: — 3–4 years of experience as a system or business analyst in IT products; — experience in collecting, describing, and formalizing requirements; — experience with BPMN / UML; — technical documentation writing skills; — readiness to work in an environment with frequent changes; — strong communication with development, design, and business teams; — basic understanding of REST API, data structures, and web application principles. Will be a plus: — experience in EdTech or other B2C products; — SQL, understanding of Agile / Scrum, experience with external APIs.
