VTB is seeking a Director of Small and Medium Business.
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented, and client-focused Director of Small and Medium Business (SME) for VTB Bank (PJSC) in New Delhi to develop the client portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for attracting new clients, deepening relationships with existing ones, and promoting the full spectrum of the bank's financial products and services to stimulate business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for supporting and developing small and medium-sized businesses to achieve set goals for attracting new clients and opening accounts
- Manage the team, including hiring and development
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and customer support standards
- Resolve complex customer issues quickly and effectively
- Monitor customer feedback and support metrics to improve service quality
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account openings, payments, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives
- Interact with Head Office, reporting to Head Office management
Requirements:
- Higher education degree
- Over 10 years of experience in customer service, sales
- At least 3 years of experience in financial, commercial, and related fields, preferably banking experience
- Experience in conducting business between India and Russia, understanding the specifics of the Russian market and understanding the specifics of Indian companies, understanding business development
- Understanding of SME specifics
- Knowledge of the Indian market, Indian legislation
- Experience in managing projects related to the digitalization of operations
- Experience in organizing documentation development and its approval (signing) process
- Fluent English
- Business-oriented
