Kenguru Company is the largest federal chain of salons for children and mothers in the luxury and premium segment.
The main task is to increase brand awareness.
What you will be doing:
- Updating the communication strategy of the Kenguru brand (Moscow, regions), increasing brand awareness and reach, attracting a young audience
- Developing a digital strategy for the brand's social media development, increasing audience engagement, working with bloggers and analyzing its effectiveness
- Interaction with the commercial departments of the Company to form a plan for creating photo/video content, taking into account the specifics of the season and sales
- Searching for new channels for the brand's presence in the digital space to achieve the set goals
- Searching for new channels for interaction with the target audience, creating communities in online and offline spaces
- Analysis and relaunch of existing partnership activities for effectiveness
- Event marketing, organizing own events for both new and existing audiences
- Strengthening the brand's external PR, presence in the business information space
- Managing the editorial team of the Kenguru in-house magazine
- Analyzing competitive activity
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education in marketing, advertising, and PR
- Additional education in SMM
- Experience working with media, electronic and print
- Media planning skills
- High level of creativity and taste for organizing shoots and promotion
- Proven experience of successful interaction with bloggers and successful development of SM with high ER
- Proven experience of conducting high-quality events for the target audience
