Acquisition Lead (SMS, Email)

Format: remote, outside of the Russian Federation. iGaming, English-speaking team.

This role is for someone who not only launches campaigns but is responsible for the end result: user base growth, registrations, activations, deposits, and ROI.

Main tasks:

• Management of a team of marketing specialists. • Planning and launching SMS and Email acquisition campaigns. • Analyzing results and constantly optimizing effectiveness. • Conducting tests on content, timing, and audience segmentation. • Working with large databases and their segmentation. • Controlling the quality of campaign delivery. • Interaction with external platforms and service providers. • Regular analysis of metrics and searching for new growth opportunities.

What's important:

• Experience in Acquisition / CRM / Retention in iGaming. • Experience with SMS and Email campaigns. • Experience managing a team or mentoring specialists. • English language from B2 level and above. • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.

Key requirements:

• Ability to deeply analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Understanding of ROI, conversions, segmentation, A/B testing, and email campaign effectiveness. • Result-oriented and performance-driven approach. • Ability to independently find growth points and improve campaign metrics.
