Sales Manager

Hi! We are again looking for a Sales Manager for our LENKEP Recruitment team 💖

We are an international recruitment agency that helps companies in Crypto, FinTech, iGaming, Affiliate, and High-Risk industries find the best specialists worldwide.

Now we are looking for someone who will help us develop new partnerships, build long-term relationships with clients, and scale the business.

Your responsibilities will include: 🌸 Sourcing and attracting new B2B clients; 🌸 Conducting meetings and presentations of the agency's services; 🌸 Building long-term relationships with clients and developing the existing base; 🌸 Managing the full sales cycle: from the first contact to signing the contract; 🌸 Preparing commercial proposals and participating in negotiations; 🌸 Collaborating with the recruitment team for successful project launches; 🌸 Maintaining CRM and sales reporting; 🌸 Attending international conferences; 🌸 Achieving individual KPIs and participating in the development of the company's commercial direction.

What we want to see in you:

💦 At least 2 years of experience specifically in B2B sales; 💦 Experience selling services in a recruitment agency or HR Tech will be a big advantage; 💦 English language from B2 level is mandatory (for communicating with international clients); 💦 Being located in one of the European countries; 💦 Experience in conducting negotiations with decision-makers; 💦 Ability to independently find clients and build long-term relationships; 💦 High level of communication, initiative, and results-orientation; 💦 Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
