Who we are looking for: Experience in Family Office, venture capital, investment funds, and product/IT companies. A person who speaks the same language as top managers – to the point, without fluff, with numbers.

In short, the essentials (must-have):

• 5+ years as HRBP / HRD in international product IT companies,
• Numbers in the CV are mandatory: efficiency growth, retention, engagement (proofs),
• Full HR lifecycle (from hiring to exit),
• C&B + HR analytics (managed payroll budget, calculated metrics),
• Project management – a strong suit,
• English C1 / Russian – fluent in both languages.
