Product Manager for Avito.Work Team

Company: Avito
Location: Moscow, RU
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Team

We are implementing a new product — AI Recruiter, which will take over a part of the tasks of recruitment specialists (resume screening, clarifying candidate data, “selling” the vacancy, conducting interviews and assessing skills — the most resource-intensive stages of the recruitment process). This is made possible by Gen AI technology, which will form the basis of the product.

AI Recruiter (AIR) is a universal hiring assistant integrated into Avito.Work and HR Messenger, providing employers with quick access to validated candidates and candidates with a convenient and transparent job search process.

It is for this product that we are looking for a strong product manager who will take end-to-end responsibility for the candidate attraction funnel in AI-Recruiter: from traffic generation to handing over a validated candidate to the employer. The key task is to build a scalable and predictable candidate attraction system with positive unit economics.

Examples of Future Tasks

• Managing acquisition channels: development and optimization of channels — Avito cold traffic, organic, referral mechanics, CRM. Searching for new candidate sources and scaling hypotheses. Managing channel mix considering ROI.
• Responsibility for CAC, CPL, CPA (until employment).
• Managing candidate LTV in the context of the client (employer).
• Building economics at the channel, segment, and vacancy level.
• Optimizing conversions: click → application → dialogue → completion of target action.
• Working with candidate motivation and increasing acceptance rates.
• Developing first contact scenarios (chat/voice/bot).
• Increasing the efficiency of AI in lead acquisition and qualification.

It would be great if you have

• 4+ years of experience in classifieds, HRTech, or lead generation platforms (growth / acquisition / performance) with 1M+ MAU.
• Experience managing paid traffic or acquisition channels.
• High-level proficiency in product analytics (SQL / understanding of BI tools).
• Experience working with funnels and conversions.
• Apply a data-driven approach in your work.
• Understand operational work with call centers.
• Experience with ML/AI products (as a plus).
• Strong product economics management skills (unit economics).
