About the Team
AvtoHub is a platform for automating and developing key business processes for car dealerships. With the help of AvtoHub tools, dealerships build processes: from searching and evaluating cars to placing ads and selling. Built-in analytics and reporting tools help make data-driven decisions, manage car inventory based on market demand and supply, and improve efficiency.
The main focus areas of the TeamX team are: inventory management tools, importer compensation programs, and analytics.
What Tasks Await You
- Develop the team: conduct 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, evaluate work results, and support employees' professional growth;
- Formulate OKRs and goals, monitor their achievement, and lead quarterly planning;
- Develop the use of AI agents and automation at all stages of the development lifecycle;
- Participate in the design of service architecture, conduct technical reviews, and make key engineering decisions;
- Ensure the reliability and quality of services, develop monitoring, manage operational metrics, and control compliance with SLA/SLI/NFR;
- Participate in development: write new code and refactor existing solutions;
- Be responsible for security and data usage analytics.
We Expect You To Have
- 5+ years of commercial development experience in PHP or Go, or a willingness to actively learn these languages with strong skills in another programming language;
- 2+ years of experience leading a product development team;
- Knowledge of basic architecture principles: microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, message queues, caches;
- Ability to set goals and achieve them through teamwork;
- Ability to justify decisions and convey your opinion to colleagues;
- Interest in business metrics and a sense of ownership of the product;
- Share Avito's leadership competencies: driver, team player, co-owner;
- Experience with tools and technologies: Atlassian, DBaaS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, PHP, Go, Vue.js.
