We conceive and oversee the entire chain, from the basic concept and product requirements to assembly, software, and daily maintenance. We create solutions for both individual consumers and corporate clients and other organizations.
We are seeking a leader for the role of Automotive Platform Lead for one of our divisions. We manage the full end-to-end cycle of localization and manufacturing of electric vehicles: from market research and requirement formulation to bringing the finished product to market. You will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, certification, logistics, localization, IT teams, and owners of other product divisions, as well as interact with international manufacturers and suppliers.
Your task is to accelerate the adoption of energy-efficient passenger vehicles in Russia. You will be responsible for adapting models for the Russian market, integrating Yandex technologies and products, and achieving the business results for your division.
Product Development and Strategy Formulating the platform strategy for one or several models: analyzing market needs, selecting the final configuration, defining approaches to localization and market entry.
Conducting Negotiations with External Partners Building relationships and concluding contracts with international manufacturers, production partners, and key suppliers.
Product Launch to Market Managing the full cycle of launching a product to market: piloting, organizing production, launching sales, and subsequent servicing.
Overseeing Technical and Operational Integration Working with R&D, certification, and localization teams, software development and connected solutions teams, interacting with external bodies.
Ensuring Business Efficiency of the Division Controlling unit-economics and P&L for each model, distributing products across channels (ecosystem, B2C/B2B), analyzing business results, and optimizing the value chain.
