Primary Purpose and Function

The Senior AI Business Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements, product priorities and user needs into clear, actionable and delivery-ready requirements for enterprise AI and Conversational AI solutions.

The role acts as a key bridge between the Product Owner, AI Engineers, Developers, Architects, UX and QA teams, ensuring that AI capabilities are translated into scalable, secure, compliant and high-value user experiences.

The position combines strong Business Analysis expertise with practical knowledge of AI and conversational systems.
