Decorative lighting manufacturer Maytoni is looking for a Head of Security.
Responsibilities:
You will become the architect of security for an international brand, from facility protection to safeguarding business reputation. This is a partnership with the business where consistency, ethics, and proactive action are crucial.
Personnel Security and Internal Control:
- Candidate screening during hiring (due diligence), reducing hiring risks.
- Assistance in resolving internal disputes and conflicts, mediation.
- Conducting internal investigations and audits, including warehouse processes and tangible assets.
- Organizing and conducting polygraph examinations.
Physical and Technical Security:
- Organizing and controlling security at company facilities.
- Inspection and ensuring the correct operation of security systems: access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, etc.
- Responding to emergencies, preventing threats, and minimizing damage.
Legal and Information Security:
- Ensuring the protection of confidential data and intellectual property in collaboration with the legal department.
- Ensuring compliance with personal data protection requirements (152-FZ).
- Preparing and supporting internal and external audits, interacting with lawyers on security agreements.
Processes, Documentation, and External Interactions:
- Developing and implementing internal security regulations.
- Conducting safety and labor protection briefings.
- Interacting with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and third-party organizations.
- Preparing reports and maintaining internal security documentation.
- Monitoring the external environment and business risks: competitor actions, reputational attacks, "black PR", dissemination of negative information.
- Managing the security budget: hiring contractors, purchasing software.
Candidate Profile:
Experience and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in security, internal control, or economic security (preferably in a managerial position).
- Practical skills in conducting internal investigations, audits, and handling confidential information.
- Experience organizing and conducting polygraph examinations will be an advantage.
- Experience in organizing facility security and working with technical security systems (access control, video surveillance, alarm systems).
- Experience interacting with law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
Knowledge:
- Legislation in the field of personal data (152-FZ) and intellectual property.
- Fundamentals of labor protection and safety.
- Principles of budgeting and contractor management.
Personal Qualities:
- Analytical thinking, systematic approach, and high ethical standards.
- Communication skills, stress resistance, ability to balance control and trust.
- Proactivity and ability to build processes from scratch.
