About the Product and Role
Now we are looking for a lead analyst for FVS, who will connect business and development: independently research product tasks, validate them, and form clear solutions for the team, supporting features from idea to release.
The role is at the intersection of business and system analysis (approximately 60/40 in favor of business analysis) and involves deep work with the product and development team.
FVS is Foxford's internal platform, used by all employees of the online school every day. It supports key operational processes: teacher profiles, leaves, a merchandise showcase, and most importantly, conducting broadcasts and online classes — from the webinar calendar and moderator work to rescheduling, cancellations, and feedback.

- Test hypotheses through data, interviews, and process analysis.
- Understand the root causes of problems (data, bugs, system logic).
- Develop solutions and user scenarios within the scope of tasks.
- Take briefs from clients and translate them into understandable tasks for development.
- Assign tasks to development, participate in grooming and sprint planning.
- Support features from idea to release (including testing and clarifications).
What We Expect From You
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst.
- Experience with web products (internal systems / online services).
- Proficient in SQL.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and client-server architecture principles.
- Basic understanding of REST and integrations.
- Ability to collect, formalize, and structure requirements.
