Lead of Payment | Head of PSP Department (Partnerships)
We are an international Fintech company with over 5 years of experience in the payment solutions market. We specialize in Alternative Payment Methods (APM) and help clients from high-risk industries build effective payment acceptance infrastructure in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the PSP department team and enhance its effectiveness;
- Build and maintain relationships with payment providers, PSPs, and APM partners;
- Negotiate commercial terms of cooperation and launch new payment solutions;
- Expand the provider network and find new opportunities for developing payment infrastructure;
- Analyze the quality of partner performance, conversion rates, risks, and payment flow stability;
- Coordinate the launch of new directions, payment methods, and geographies.
- Participate in shaping the PSP department's development strategy and improving internal processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in Fintech, payment solutions, PSP, acquiring, or APM.
- Practical experience interacting with payment providers and understanding the specifics of the high-risk market.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience building long-term partnerships;
- Understanding of payment metrics, conversion, traffic routing, and risk management;
- Experience in team management and process organization;
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and make decisions quickly.
- English language proficiency sufficient for conducting negotiations with international partners.
- Having your own network of contacts in the payment industry will be a significant advantage.
- Location: outside the Russian Federation
