Junior Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Search)

WHAT YOU' DO:

• Support senior managers with day-to-day campaign management and related tasks.
• Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize performance campaigns in Google Ads.
• Prepare reports and performance metrics, update dashboards, and track Search campaign results.
• Support campaigns focused on driving conversions and lead generation.
• Use Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance and support reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators and help identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 6–12 months of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads or other search advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, interpret campaign results, and derive insights.
• Interest in digital marketing and motivation to develop expertise in performance advertising.
• English B2 or higher.
