DREAMS by Alena Akhmadullina is a mid-price segment second line of women's clothing from the renowned Russian designer Alena Akhmadullina.

Key Task:

• Ensure the stable operation and development of the online store as one of the key sales channels. The main focus is on the technical development of the site, management of integrations, and e-commerce operational processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the development of the online store and setting tasks for developers.
• Formulating technical requirements, evaluating proposed solutions, and controlling the quality and timelines of implementation.
• Developing website functionality, improving stability, speed, and user-friendliness.
• Controlling website integrations with 1C, CRM, payment systems, delivery services, and other services.
• Developing processes for order placement, payment, delivery, and returns.
• Analyzing and optimizing the customer journey and the online store's conversion.
• Monitoring technical errors, incidents, and their prompt elimination.
• Interacting with contractors and internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, IT).
• Analyzing key online store performance indicators and preparing proposals for improving efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing an online store or e-commerce project.
• Deep understanding of website technical architecture and the principles of modern e-commerce platforms.
• Practical experience in setting tasks for developers and accepting completed work.
• Understanding of integrations with 1C, CRM, payment systems, delivery services, and external services.
• Ability to independently evaluate technical solutions, see their advantages, disadvantages, and potential risks.
• Analytical mindset and experience in making data-driven decisions.
• Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce will be an advantage.
