A manufacturer of quartz-vinyl tiles Alpine Floor is looking for a CEO for a 3PL operator organization.
Alpine Group is a Russian trade and manufacturing group of companies that has been thriving in the market since 2014. Alpine Floor GC is among the top 3 best flooring manufacturers and is the most well-known Russian brand in its segment. Key facts about Alpine Floor: own production in Russia and a network of regional warehouses, modern omnichannel sales systems, and more than 10 brands of flooring, porcelain stoneware, wall panels, and related products.
Goal:
To build a profitable business in an organization providing comprehensive logistics services.
Key Tasks:
- Establish the operation of the warehouse service (responsibility includes own and leased warehouses in the Russian Federation)
- Organize the operation of the transport service and own vehicle fleet
- Create a proper level of service (dispatch speed, absence of write-offs, picking accuracy, delivery timeliness)
- Ensure reliable inventory accounting and material responsibility to bailors, including automating warehouse accounting
- Manage the income and expenses of the legal entity, implement measures to increase net profit and EBITDA
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience working with a 3PL operator - from 3 years. We are only considering candidates with experience providing services as a 3PL operator
- Experience in building the operation of a warehouse network (including distribution centers of 10,000 sq.m or more) and vehicle fleet, process automation - from 3 years
- Experience managing geographically distributed warehouses and a team of 70+ people
- Financial literacy, detailed understanding of logistics processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset, energy, and readiness to take responsibility
- Willingness to be present at the warehouse in the village of Sofyino (Moscow region, Ramensky district) 3-4 days a week
