We are looking for a strong Chief Operating Officer to lead the company's operational activities and become a key partner to the CEO in business development.

We are seeking a leader with experience in managing complex operational systems in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or other high-load businesses. Someone who knows how to scale processes, increase efficiency, implement changes, and build strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire operational system of the company;
• Developing sorting centers, warehouse, transport, and courier logistics;
• Scaling the network of branches, pick-up points, and parcel lockers;
• Increasing productivity and reducing operational costs;
• Implementing digital solutions and automating processes;
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement (Operational Excellence).
