❤️ Business Development Manager (P2P) ❤️
We are a large fintech platform for online payments operating in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, MENA, and Europe. The company helps businesses quickly accept payments, launch subscriptions, and manage finances – all within one simple and modern interface.
Responsibilities:
Conducting negotiations, concluding agreements, and developing long-term partnerships.
Overseeing integrations and launching new payment solutions.
Searching for, evaluating, and implementing new payment products for target markets.
Analyzing the efficiency and profitability of current payment solutions.
Optimizing transaction processing costs and conversion rates.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, primarily in fintech, iGaming, payments, or related fields.
Deep understanding of market trends and strategies for entering new markets.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in concluding commercial agreements.
Ability to analyze business processes, financial, and operational metrics.
Proficiency in English at the B2+ level.
