We are looking for a BDM for the BillBlend payment gateway (fiat, we work with the whole world except the Russian Federation).
Essence of the role: development of payment infrastructure — partnerships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, scaling of P2P processing. No merchant hunting, only the supply side.
In short: — Full remote, flexible schedule — Fixed salary up to 350,000 ₽ (or crypto) + % — Growth to Team Lead in 12–18 months
Who we are looking for: — BD/partnerships experience of 1.5+ years in PSP, fintech, or high-risk — Understanding of payment flows and P2P processing — Experience in negotiating with banks/PSPs and concluding agreements — English B2+
