NOVA ERA** is a development company from the RZD-Nedvizhimost group, founded to modernize Moscow's freight yards.
The redevelopment of freight yards is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Russia for the revitalization of industrial zones. Full-fledged urban blocks with housing, offices, kindergartens, schools, sports grounds, parks, and developed infrastructure will be built on the territory of former freight yards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of a creative, communication strategy for promotion, and presentation materials for the developer brand, commercial and residential real estate objects
- Development of an action plan for brand promotion and sales stimulation
- Creation of promotional materials: photos, videos, POS materials, merchandise, branded products;
- Management of project advertising campaigns
- Implementation of special projects, co-branding, and sponsorship projects
- Organization of events of various formats, taking into account business requests: business breakfasts, public talks, lifestyle formats, conferences, exhibitions
- Tracking planned vs. actual expenses, budget performance control
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in development (mandatory)
- Creativity and a desire to generate brilliant ideas and bring them to life
- Results-oriented, optimistic, ability to find common ground with colleagues and contractors
- Proficient user of MS Office, Figma, CRM – Microsoft Dynamics, Comagic
