I need two people for my team
Essence of the role Operational owner of the delivery process within the development team. Takes over all operational tasks from me: filling and refining the backlog, managing weekly sprints, deadline control, rituals (planning, grooming, retrospective, demo), metrics, and reporting.
At the intersection of product and development. Understand what the business wants, hand it over to development, and control its timely implementation.
A little about us
We develop AI-SaaS products (AI-based web services). We work in sprints, actively use AI tools (work bots, process automation, n8n), and are currently building a mature, measurable delivery process.
