Tax Manager for the Finance Department

The Finance Department of Yandex is looking for a Tax Manager.

What tasks await you

Support and handling of tax tasks You will support the company's activities in the field of taxation (transactions, business tasks, and initiatives), monitor changes in tax legislation, participate in legislative initiatives, and support tax audits and inspections. You will also analyze contracts with counterparties, assess them from a taxation perspective, and make amendments to reduce potential risks. Additionally, you will need to analyze documentation and processes related to the implementation of business ideas. The job requires knowledge of taxation specifics and practical tax work experience in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Armenia, and Georgia. Knowledge of the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be an advantage.

Teamwork You will solve cross-functional tasks, constantly working in a team and interacting with partners and employees from various departments: managers, lawyers, commercial specialists, M&A specialists, accountants, and automation department employees. You will need to find compromises and optimal solutions together, as well as participate in projects implemented in the mentioned countries.

• Know tax legislation and accounting

• Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
