Manager for Licensing Deal Support at Plus Fantech

Plus Fantech is Kinopoisk, Yandex Afisha, Music, Books, and the Yandex Plus subscription. We are looking for a manager for licensing deal support to join our team.

What tasks await you

Support of licensing deals You will support deals for the sale and purchase of content at all stages — from initial agreement to fulfillment of obligations. You will be responsible for coordinating contracts, addenda, and related documentation.

Control of financial flows You will control invoice payments, incoming funds, and the status of accounts receivable and payable, as well as prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash plans for payments and receipts.

Interaction with partners and teams You will be the key contact person for local and international partners on all deal formalization matters. You will also need to establish effective interaction with related departments (legal, accounting, marketing) and deal initiators to optimize processes.

Content publishing You will support content publishing on the platform. This requires careful coordination with technical and licensing teams.

We expect you to

• Have worked with contractual and primary accounting documentation for at least two years
• Have an English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher, be able to conduct negotiations and business correspondence
• Confidently work in Excel: know formulas, including VLOOKUP
• Build processes and communicate effectively with different teams
• Structure tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Be independent, proactive, responsible, and attentive to detail when working with documents

Will be a plus

• Have worked in the field of content purchasing or sales for over two years
• Understand differences in types of content rights and specifics of licensing contracts
