We are looking for a new colleague – a Technical Project Manager, who will strengthen our team.
Tasks to be performed:
- Management of large infrastructure projects and initiatives for optimizing end-to-end operational processes.
- Management of changes to corporate and game infrastructure, including cloud migrations, architectural changes, and other key modernizations.
- Coordination of diverse technical teams: system and server administrators, DevOps, network engineers, information security specialists, product teams, and others.
- Development of technical solutions, management of dependencies, risks, deadlines, and resources.
- Management of Security and Compliance projects, translating requirements into technical and organizational changes.
We expect:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Experience in managing customer expectations and key stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, as well as multiple engineering teams.
- Good technical background and understanding of how production infrastructure and modern IT systems work.
- Ability to independently dive into an unfamiliar technical area.
- Ability to speak the same language as engineers and explain technical solutions to the business.
- Experience in decision-making and risk management in conditions of uncertainty.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working as an engineer, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineer, or on projects with a pronounced technical context.
- Participation in large infrastructure / datacenter / hardware → cloud migrations.
- Work with high-load or distributed production systems.
- Understanding the specifics of game infrastructure.
