📌Our expectations: – BA experience of 5+ years (fintech) - in large banks, cross-system and cross-functional projects (critical); – experience with BPMN, and knowledge of other notations (EPC/IDF0); – basic SQL proficiency; – knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies; – ability to work with analytical tools and experience with process modeling software; – ability to analyze current processes and model optimal "to be" processes within the department, as well as identify and analyze bottlenecks in end-to-end business processes of the Bank affecting DBUiO; – experience in proposing optimizations.
