We are looking for a unique specialist who combines skills in customer support, business analysis, and project management. You will be responsible for the full cycle of customer interaction: from the implementation of our product to its further technical support and relationship development 🤩

Requirements: Experience of 3+ years in one of the following areas: technical support, business analysis, software implementation, client service in the IT or financial sector.

Critically important:

• Readiness to dive deep into IT products and the complex specifics of banking operations and microfinance organizations (MFO).
• 100% customer focus,
• Systems thinking: The ability to see not only the symptom but also the root of the problem, connecting disparate facts into a single picture.
• High learning ability: A thirst for new knowledge and rapid transition from theory to practice.
