Description: We are looking for a strong and independent Team Lead for the client support department for our rapidly growing B2B FinTech project. Responsibilities include: organizing the request processing workflow, personally managing key clients, interacting with partner banks, managing bug escalations to development, and preparing weekly metric reports.
