Business Development Manager

Requirements: 3+ years in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships (SaaS, dev tools, AI - ideal). Experience in outbound lead generation and funnel management. Genuine interest in video games: you play, follow the industry, understand game dev culture. Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) + interest in automation (n8n, Zapier). Multitasking: outbound, events, and operations concurrently - without losing focus. Bonus points: experience in game dev, AI startups, working with international clients, organizing/participating in B2B conferences (GDC, Gamescom). English C1 (to communicate with top management of studios and investors).
