We are looking for a responsible specialist who will be engaged in the full cycle of document preparation for shipping goods to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

What tasks await you

Selection of EAEU HS codes Determination of codes from the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity for exported goods. Using the HS classifier (Decision of the Eurasian Commission No. 80) for the correct classification of goods.

Preparation of a complete set of documents for export to EAEU countries Preparation of documents to obtain export permits for goods from the relevant authorities (Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation), interaction with a partner providing assistance in obtaining permits. Preparation of documents for obtaining an export permit for dual-use goods (within the framework of export control), coordination with the adjacent department responsible for obtaining the permit. Setting tasks for adjacent departments (accounting, logistics, warehouse) for the preparation of primary documentation (contracts, invoices, specifications, technical descriptions of goods), as well as for preparing the cargo for shipment.

Submission of statistical reporting in the personal account of the Federal Customs Service (FTS) Completing and submitting electronic statistical forms for recording the movement of goods in accordance with Russian Government Decree No. 891 dated 06/19/2020. Monitoring reporting deadlines (no later than the 10th working day of the month following the reporting month).

Working with transport documentation Checking the correct completion of the CMR (data on the shipper, consignee, goods, carrier, delivery terms).

• Have similar experience in logistics or customs documentation for more than a year
• Are organized, meticulous, willing to learn new things
• Have worked with various customs online systems, interacted with government authorities
