AI Product Manager

Due to the development of AI and ML directions within the "Agrosila" Holding, we invite candidates for the AI Product Manager vacancy.

What will you be doing?

• Fulfilling the roles of AI Product Owner, Business Analyst, and AI Solutions Architect within the team;

• Developing requirements for the Holding's IT projects (development of chatbots, voice assistants, digital assistants, corporate knowledge base, and analytical services);

• Working with projects: developing bots for customer support, procurement, and employees; creating a digital knowledge base and self-service tools; DataHub (DWH, BI, ML, analytics); production forecasting, planning, and optimization;

• Collaborating with DE/DS/ML/AI specialists to define the architecture and functional logic of AI solutions;

• Prioritizing tasks, controlling deadlines and results;

• Evaluating potential and actual business impact from AI solution implementations at pre-project and post-project stages based on product and target business metrics;

• Preparing new business initiatives for applying AI solutions in business, and defending projects for such initiatives.

Our expectations for the candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Architect in commercial development of AI products and services – from idea to implementation and actual business application;

• Knowledge of system and microservice architecture (client applications, backend, API Gateway, REST API, webhooks, databases, queues, caching, logging, and monitoring) and deployment principles: Docker, k8s, dev/test/prod environments, CI/CD;

• Knowledge of AI solution architecture: LLM services, RAG pipeline (embeddings, vector search, chunking, reranking), knowledge base, orchestration layers, prompts, integrations, and quality evaluation;

• Ability to apply prompt engineering: system instructions, example responses, and structured data output;

• Ability to quickly deploy a prototype / PoC for hypothesis testing: LLM service, knowledge base, integrations, interface, basic analytics;

• Skills in building architectural, integration, and process diagrams (UML, BPMN, C4);

• Experience with data in AI projects: sources, ETL/ELT, DWH, BI, quality, access rights, versioning;

• Experience in analyzing business processes and setting tasks for DE/DS/ML/AI teams: customer interviews, AS IS / TO BE, Technical Specifications, PRD, user stories, metrics, acceptance criteria;

• Experience integrating AI services with 1C, CRM, DWH, BI, knowledge bases, and internal information systems;

• Ability to evaluate the impact and quality of AI solutions: target and product metrics, test sets, human review, A/B tests, analysis of post-implementation results;

• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact, cost, deadlines, and risks;

• Personal qualities: high work capacity, responsibility for results, proactivity, communication skills, mindfulness and responsibility, effective work under tight deadlines, systemic thinking.

• Development: HTML5, SQL, Python 3.10+ and JavaScript/TypeScript (OOP, asynchronous programming); VS Code, PyCharm, Git, GitHub/GitLab;

• AI / LLM: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar; frameworks for RAG and AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph, Dify, n8n); vector databases and search (Qdrant, Weaviate, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch); response evaluation (LangSmith, RAGAS, promptfoo);

• Integrations and Analytics: REST API, webhooks, JSON Schema, OAuth, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman; Power BI, Apache Superset;

• Product, Documentation, and Modeling: Jira, Confluence, draw.io, YouTrack, Miro, Figma, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Will be an advantage:

• Development and training of ML models;

• Experience with cloud platforms (Yandex Cloud, AWS, GCP)

• Experience integrating ML models into working IT systems.
