A Team Lead is needed at Tochka Bank to strengthen the contextual advertising team.
Tochka Advertising is a convenient service that helps businesses attract clients. They offer users simple management, setup, and analysis tools for online advertising on platforms such as Yandex, VK, Avito Advertising, and others.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and manage contextual and targeted advertising on Yandex Direct, VK Ads, Yandex Business, Avito Ads, and other performance channels.
- Analyze data from advertising campaigns and the website, compile reports.
- Develop and implement recommendations to improve advertising effectiveness, work with clients to achieve their goals and increase loyalty.
- Participate in creating commercial proposals, media plans, strategies, and audits for current and potential clients.
- Coordinate the work of your product team and interact with related departments.
- Lead the development of advertising channel analytics: define the logic for collecting and interpreting data from Yandex Direct, VK Ads, Avito Ads, and other platforms, form a system of metrics and approaches to evaluating effectiveness.
- Assign tasks to developers for implementing analytical solutions, validate results, and form conclusions for clients and the product team.
- In the future, focus on developing analytical expertise for the small and medium-sized business segment.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience managing a digital team.
- At least three years of experience with performance channels, especially Yandex Direct and VK Ads.
- You know how to identify effective tools for each task, understand the differences and specifics of planning for all performance tools.
- You can develop placement strategies and tactics, considering client activity, competitors, seasonality, and other factors.
- You know how to work with reports: consider platform pricing, discounts, VAT, bonuses, commissions, and also know how to analyze data by campaigns, keywords, and traffic sources.
