Digital Communications Manager
Who we are looking for:
Digital Communications Manager for the Employer Brand Development department.
What you need to do:
- Develop and implement an SMM strategy: define goals, select channels, create a content plan, and ensure its alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the SMM direction: coordinate agencies and in-house teams, monitor KPIs, content quality, and adherence to Tone of Voice.
- Generate ideas and manage content: gather information, prioritize news pegs, edit materials before publication.
- Develop the company's presence on Habr: find and develop internal experts, mentor authors, edit and publish materials.
- Manage the HR brand on digital platforms: maintain the relevance of pages on hh.ru and Dream Job, work on vacancy conversion and employer reputation.
- Manage the department's budget and handle paperwork: control invoices, contracts, and procurement processes.
What we expect from a successful candidate:
- Experience in a similar role for 3+ years;
- Higher education;
- Flexibility and adaptability, creativity;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Understanding of how digital channels work, knowledge of the features and algorithms of popular platforms;
- Understanding of how to create and distribute content that attracts and retains the audience.
What we offer:
- Stable income: base salary + quarterly bonus;
- 5/2 schedule, 9 am - 6 pm;
- Hybrid work format.
