We are inviting an experienced Digital Product Designer for a bank project, mobile-first, where you will:
- Develop the "Benefits" section in the mobile application:
- Showcase of partner offers
- Tasks and rewards
- Cashback, discounts, promotions, "roulettes"
- Category selection
ATTENTION! Portfolio should be in Notion, Figma, or on a personal website. Portfolios solely on Behance will not be considered (in that case, a link to Figma mockups will be required). The presence of relevant interfaces (B2C mobile interfaces and product cases in the portfolio is mandatory.
Tasks:
- Clarify business metrics and customer needs together with the Product Owner, document them in a task with success criteria.
- Analyze competitors, build CJMs, form hypotheses with the team.
- Create prototypes, submit them for usability testing, and refine them based on the results.
- Create final mockups based on the Alfa-Bank design system (create and describe new components if necessary).
- Pass design checks, review colleagues' work.
- Hand over mockups to developers, support them during the implementation phase.
- Conduct design reviews of development results.
- Improve the interface based on metrics and feedback.
- Participate in improving product design processes.
Your knowledge and experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a designer in a product team (preferably in game development, iGaming, various gaming-related areas, online retail, neo-banks);
- Strong experience in mobile interface design;
- Understanding of the full digital product development lifecycle;
- Strong graphics/UI skills, with examples in your portfolio demonstrating user attention management through typography, composition, color, and animation;
- Proficient in software (Figma, etc.),
- Well-developed aesthetic sense, communication skills, and ability to articulate design decisions.
