Federal network of grooming salons "BlackGroomer" (32 locations in Russia) is looking for a Franchise Sales Manager.
We are the leader in the premium segment of the grooming industry. We are present in 7 cities of Russia — the plan is to reach 100+ salons by the end of 2027.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive incoming franchise applications (up to 150 per month)
- Call leads, qualify them
- Conduct online presentations via Zoom
- Send materials
- Maintain the database in amoCRM, record all statuses and interactions
- Nurture leads — follow-up calls, meetings
- Guide leads to the contract signing stage
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience of 2+ years (B2B, services, long sales cycle — advantage)
- Franchise sales experience — additional advantage
- CRM experience (amoCRM)
- Articulate speech, ability to conduct presentations from screen
- Self-discipline — remote work, without visual supervision
- Ability to work with a long sales cycle (from 2 weeks to 2 months)
- Understanding of the small/medium business segment — who an entrepreneur is, what is important to them

- Salary + bonus for each closed deal
