About the Company: International group of companies. Products: — Crypto Processing (high-risk verticals, on/off-ramp, settlement) — Global Treasury (multi-currency treasury accounting, fiat/stablecoin settlements) — Technology Platform (proprietary SaaS platform)

About the Role: This is the top position in the group of companies with full responsibility for P&L, strategic development, and operational results of all business areas.

Your task will be to take over the daily management of the group, build an effective system of work between the business areas, manage General Managers and the top team, and translate the owner's strategic goals into specific measurable business results.

The key focus of the role is revenue and profitability growth of the group, improvement of operational efficiency, and development of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities: — Full P&L management of the group, strategy, and operations — Replace the founder in day-to-day management — Lead three General Managers, CFO, HRD, Legal, Compliance — Scale existing business and launch new directions — Develop B2B relationships with institutional clients — Participate in business trips, meetings, conferences

Requirements: — CEO / MD level management experience in international FinTech / payments / crypto / EMI — Experience in FinTech / Payments / Crypto / EMI — strictly mandatory — Experience managing multiple businesses / jurisdictions — Understanding of regulations (EMI, MiCA, CASP) — Fluent English — Willingness to travel for business
